About Empire Building Services
Empire Building Services was formed in 1982. Initially, we were a family run business servicing the Santa Ana area.
Now, due to the vision of our President, Suzanne DeRossett, and Vice President, John DeRossett, we have become one
of the finest janitorial contractors in seven Southern California counties.
In becoming a First Class organization, we have expanded the scope of our coverage of cleaning. We service facilities of all
sizes and environments ranging from out-patient surgical centers, manufacturing and assembling areas, medical clinics, outdoor
retail centers/malls, apartment/condo associations and commercial office buildings of all sorts and sizes. Our volume has grown
and continues to grow each and every year.
In spite of this growth, we have not lost sight of the value of our customers. Therefore, we are constantly seeking newer and
better ways to manage our people, clean more effectively and respond to your needs.
All of our employees are experienced clean professionals that carry pride in their work. We have spot inspections and a
continuing liaison with tenants for any requests they may have.
We serve Purchase Agents, Facility Managers, Real Estate Agents and Property Managers. Our managers can have direct contact
with our day porters for immediate issues. Pictures of completed work and check off sheets are available to all managers, as requested.
